A new and very unique shop is due to open at the end of April 2015 in The Parade, Marlborough, Wiltshire.
Binzy’s Furniture Painting Emporium
Mark Nash (Binzy) is a third generation painter and decorator, who is now 
following in his grandfather’s footsteps opening a decorating shop. His grandfather’s shop, Swindon Decorators Supplies, was opened in Ferndale road in Swindon around 100 years ago. Now Mark is teaming up with his son Mathew Nash, the 4th generation of painters to open Binzy’s Furniture Painting Emporium just a few miles away in Marlborough, Wiltshire.
Mark is a highly experienced and qualified furniture painter specialising in hand painted kitchens, he has painted some of the finest kitchens in London, Marlborough and throughout the South West, his portfolio even includes a number of National Trust properties.
Not Just Hand Painted Furniture
The new shop will specialise in 4 key areas
- The restoration and repair of clients furniture
- Retail outlet for furniture selected and renovated by Mark and Mathew
- The supply of Marks own range of paint, specifically developed for hand painting kitchens
- Painting Workshops to learn the techniques and useful tips for painting your own kitchen and furniture
The premises are currently being renovated by the Nash team who have already uncovered and restored a parquet floor and fireplace and they are planning to open their doors to the public by the end of April 2015.
Binzy’s Furniture Painting Emporium is the latest in a wide range of interior design related shops to have opened in Marlborough, Wiltshire in the last few years, however it’s unique focus on hand painted furniture promises to bring a unique yet fitting addition to the town centre.
As you can see, work is in progress and the Nash team are confident that the shop will be ready to open at the end of this month (if they can stop posing for photographs), they look forward to welcoming both previous and new customers to Binzy’s Furniture Painting Emporium.
